My favorite movie is Somewhere in Time (with Jane Seymour and Christopher Reeve). It came out in the early 80’s and it’s more of a “chick flick”, but I got hooked on it. It takes place in a grand hotel in Michigan on Mackinaw (sp?) Island. One of my bucket list items is to go and visit and stay in the hotel.

I agree — it is my favorite movie, too. It is such a powerful story, and Morgan Freeman and Tim Robbins are both amazing in their roles. Morgan Freeman should have won an Oscar for that role.
